1. Who we are

Chiselo (chiselo.design) is operated by Aikagra Technologies, a technology company incorporated in India. We serve business clients primarily based in the United States, alongside clients elsewhere. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

For the data we collect through this site and in the course of delivering the service, Aikagra Technologies acts as the data controller. Where we process product or catalog data on a client's behalf under an order, we act as a processor for that client, who remains the controller of their own business data.

2. Scope — a B2B service

Chiselo is a business-to-business service. The data we process is product, SKU, and catalog information supplied to us by business clients, plus the business contact details of the people we correspond with. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data about individual end consumers — we are not a party to, and have no visibility into, transactions between our clients and their own customers.

3. What we collect

• Business contact details (name, email, company, message) submitted through our contact form
• Product photography, dimensions, and spec data you upload for conversion
• Order and delivery records associated with your account
• Aggregate usage data (page views, referral source) via privacy-conscious analytics tools

4. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and manage the client relationship
• To produce and deliver your converted 3D assets
• To maintain order records and support delivery access
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve it
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes

5. Legal basis for processing

Where GDPR applies, we process business contact data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the service, and process order and catalog data on the basis of performance of a contract with the business client that submitted it.

6. Vendors and sub-processors

We rely on a small set of third-party vendors, grouped by category:

• Cloud infrastructure & hosting
• 3D generation
• Retexturing
• Communications (contact form and delivery notifications)
• Analytics & performance monitoring

We don't name specific vendors in public documentation. Full details, including vendor identities and data flow diagrams, are disclosed on our Vendor Disclosure page and under a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) on request.

7. International data transfers

Aikagra Technologies is based in India and our vendors operate globally, which means data may be transferred between India, the United States, and other jurisdictions in the course of delivering the service. We rely on our vendors' standard contractual protections and take reasonable measures to ensure data transferred internationally receives a comparable level of protection to that described in this policy.

8. Data retention

Uploaded source files and intermediate processing data are deleted within 60 days of final delivery. Delivered 3D models remain accessible via your delivery link, which does not expire on a fixed schedule — it stays active until you ask us to revoke it, or until your account is closed. Business contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months.

9. Cookies

Chiselo does not set any cookies of its own. The only tracking on this site comes from two analytics tools — Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — that are cookieless by design and don't collect information that identifies you. 10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data, and — under CCPA — the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. As a B2B service, we do not sell personal information within the meaning of CCPA.

11. Data security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest through our infrastructure vendors, and limit access to uploaded content to what's needed to deliver your order.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will reflect any changes.
