Vendor Disclosure
Chiselo relies on a small set of third-party infrastructure and processing vendors to deliver the service. This page discloses those vendors by category. We don't name specific vendors in public documentation — vendor identities, data flow details, and sub-processor lists are shared only under a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Known constraints
Cloud infrastructure & hosting
Site hosting, edge delivery, and application infrastructure run on established cloud providers, with encryption applied at rest and in transit. The constraint here is availability rather than data exposure: because delivery links and our review pipeline depend on this layer being up, a provider-side outage can delay delivery even when nothing about your order has gone wrong. We don’t run redundant multi-cloud failover for this layer today.
3D generation
Product photographs are processed through third-party 3D reconstruction providers to produce base geometry ahead of manual review and correction. Every model is optimized to load quickly in a browser or AR viewer on a customer’s phone — a deliberate trade-off that can mean a slight loss of fine surface detail versus an offline hero-render, and one reason every base mesh goes through human review before delivery rather than shipping straight from automated generation. Reconstruction quality also depends directly on the lighting and angle coverage of the source photography you submit.
Retexturing
Surface materials and textures are refined by specialized retexturing providers, applied after base geometry is generated and validated against your reference images. Retexturing works from what’s visible in your submitted photos — a surface or material not shown in any reference image is approximated rather than reproduced exactly. This step runs only when your source images are detailed enough to support it.
Communications
Contact form submissions and delivery notifications are routed through a transactional email provider. As with any third-party mail provider, delivery timing depends on that provider’s own infrastructure and your inbox’s spam filtering — we don’t guarantee a fixed delivery window for these emails.
Analytics & performance monitoring
Aggregate, cookieless analytics and performance-monitoring tools track site usage and page performance; no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy for the specific tools in use and how each one handles data.
